Warm-weather shipping may require insulated packaging, ice packs, or adjusted shipping schedules.
Retail shipping rates
Retail orders of $30 or more qualify for free shipping. Retail orders under $30 have a $5 flat shipping fee.
Free local delivery
Free local delivery is available in Brunswick, Topsham, and Harpswell, Maine. Choose free local delivery and select your town when placing your order.
Shipping & arrival care
During warmer months, we may use insulated packaging or ice packs and adjust shipping schedules based on temperatures and destination. During extreme heat, we may delay shipment to help protect your chocolate.
Please arrange for someone to receive your delivery promptly. Chocolate should not be left on a hot porch, in direct sunlight, or in a hot vehicle.
Bring your package indoors promptly and store your chocolate in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Do not put your chocolate in the refrigerator. Let it settle in a cool indoor location.
Wholesale orders
Wholesale shipping is handled separately. The retail free-shipping offer and $5 flat rate do not apply to wholesale orders.
